[Libtorrent-devel] libTorrent 0.7.3 and rTorrent 0.3.2 released

* Fixed bug that caused a crash due to lack of cleanup of the tracker
request when closing a download.

* Detect if ints must be aligned, and if so use a (less efficient) way of
reading/writing them from ProtocolBuffer.
