It's also important that it gets included before library headers, or it won't

I'd like to help but I only have an amd64 box here and a fbsd one, both of 
them are on 64-bit off_t by default :|
The largefile support is so annoying, I had problems with that before, and I 
couldn't reproduce because of not having to enable anything on my boxes to 
use it.
