[Libtorrent-devel] libTorrent 0.4.9 and rtorrent 0.0.1 released

The library contains some minor bug fixes and API cleanup. The rtorrent
client is now ready for testing, although it does not contain all the
features available in libtorrent/client. The interface is not finished,
but the current key bindings is available in rtorrent/README. Expect
crashes. ;)
