[Libtorrent-devel] rtorrent crashing when downloading fast

I have used rtorrent +screen a while now, though I love the program it 
freezes my system when downloading at high speeds/many seeds...

Im using rtorrent 0.27 and Freebsd-5.3 stable p8

My maximum download speed is 8Mbit and when downloading a few smaller / 
not that good seeded torrents or even DVDr's rtorrent has no flaws. But 
when downloading a DVDR with 400 seeds / 10 leechers locally near me... 
I get max speed in a few seconds but it just downloads for a few minutes 
before freezing...
I have tried to limit the peers to connect to from 100 to 50, and the 
speed from unlimited downloadspeed to 50/300 speed... but nothing helps!
