[Libtorrent-devel] Limiting Download Rate

Hi,

    I am working on configuring my .rtorrentrc so rtorrent only runs at 
night.  Here how I was planning on setting the options.

schedule=dthrottle_1,02:00:00,24:00:00,download_rate=100
schedule=dthrottle_2,08:00:00,24:00:00,download_rate=1
schedule=uthrottle_2,02:00:00,24:00:00,upload_rate=60
schedule=uthrottle_2,08:00:00,24:00:00,upload_rate=1

    I was planning on setting the value to 0 to turn off, but as I 
understand download_rate=0 is actually setting it to infinite amount.  
How can I set the options to off instead of a really small value?
