[Libtorrent-devel] Limiting Download Rate

This is just a guess, but perhaps you could schedule a stop_on_ratio=0
to stop the torrents in the morning and then schedule a start_tied= in
the evening to restart the torrents.
I have not tried this and I have no idea if it will work. I think your
idea is very interesting, though.
