I've been using chunks_done/total in torrent::Download (in libtorrent
0.10.4) to figure out if a download is complete, but I see these have
been removed in 0.11.0.

Is the only way to figure out if a download is done (other than
attaching to signal_download_done) to run through the files and check
how many chunks have been completed, or am I missing something?

Would be nice to have a straightforward way of knowing if a download
is done or not.
