Since I started using rtorrent 0.7.0 (last Friday maybe?)
rtorrent has just disappeared a handful of times. There were no
core files.
I started rtorrent up from a shell so when it died I wouldn't
lose anything that was output first, and it has now died that
way. rtorrent threw an error when exiting, and this is what it
was:
rtorrent: Handshake::fill_read_buffer(...) Buffer overflow.
In fact, it has done this several times now (ie several times in
the last half hour); same error. I'm going to need to back off
to 0.6.4.
I am running on FreeBSD 5.4p22, compiling with gcc 3.4.2. I
haven't had this problem with any prior version of rtorrent.
