[Libtorrent-devel] stop_untied & close_untied behaviour change?

Currently using 0.7.6 and 0.11.6 and I've noticed the behaviour of
"stop_untied" and "close_untied" has changed since 0.7.5

When a torrent is set to ignore commands, (shift-I) it now ignores the
above two commands yet it doesn't ignore the "start_tied" or
"load_start" commands.

This makes seeding torrents past a specified ratio difficult, when
torrents are moved in and out of the watch directory.

Anyone else seeing this behaviour?
