[Libtorrent-devel] inactive delete

Hello ,

My problem is, If the downloaded data can reach the ratio in the
configuration file and after I'm going to delete the .torrent file it
won't be cancelled from the list.  It is stayed there as an INACTIVE.
Anyway is it possible to solve that the inactive torrent is also being
cancelled automatically? if I Delete the torrent.
