[Libtorrent-devel] Error "Peer not found. Restart the torrent."

Every time I finish a download from a specific tracker, instead of 
automatically start seeding, I get this error from rTorrent: "Peer not found. 
Restart the torrent."
Anyone knows what is the meaning of this message? Is there a way to make 
rTorrent automatically restart the torrent in such cases?
