[Libtorrent-devel] torrent hash & completion problems

I've been using rTorrent 0.6.4 for many months now and it has worked great
in all aspects... well, almost.

It is all too common for me to download a torrent to completion from one
tracker, create a new torrent for a different tracker, for example, do a
hash check and have the client display completion as less than 100%. If I
start the original torrent again, it will then continue to download even
though it had clearly finished the first time. It is always the case that
after downloading a second time, the file will then show up as completed.
This has always been very perplexing to me.

While I'm on the topic of hash-checking... Ever since I upgraded to kernel
2.6 awhile back, I've had to set check_hash=0 since hash-checking always
threw an error right before it finished the check. I just upgraded to
v0.7.1, so it's possible it has been fixed in this release, although I
haven't had a chance to check it out yet.
I'd really appreciate some assistance regarding these two issues.
Thanks
