[Libtorrent-devel] scheduling doesn't work for me for some reason, rtorrent-devel-0.7.8/libtorrent-devel-0.11.8

Hello gentlemen!

I have .rtorrent.rc file like this:

directory = /mnt/d1/torrent
max_open_sockets = 20
download_rate = 15
upload_rate = 60
check_hash = no
session = ~/.rtorrent/session

send_buffer_size=32768
receive_buffer_size=65536

hash_read_ahead = 8
hash_max_tries = 5
hash_interval = 10

enable_trackers=yes
tracker_numwant=20
use_udp_trackers=yes

schedule = throttle_1,19:00:00,24:00:00,"upload_rate=0,download_rate=0"
schedule = throttle_2,09:00:00,24:00:00,"upload_rate=60,download_rate=15"


However it looks like scheduling doesn't work, at least upload/download rate
was not changed at 19:00 (7 PM) as desired

Do I miss something?
