Well, working from the examples at the page I mentioned, something like

schedule = watch_directory_1,10,10,"load_start=~/Download/ 
watch_stuff1/*.torrent,d.set_custom1=~/script1.sh"
schedule = watch_directory_2,10,10,"load_start=~/Download/ 
watch_stuff2/*.torrent,d.set_custom1=~/script2.sh"

on_finished=notify,"execute=$d.get_custom1=,$d.get_hash=,$d.get_name="

Of course this will only work for downloads added after you set this  
up, any existing one that finish will not have anything in custom1.
