If you're referring to hash checks at startup, set a session  
directory. Refer to the man page.

Change the check_hash setting if you're referring to hashing at  
completion of a download.

Or use the script on the wiki if you're referring to hashing a new  
torrent created by you.

Otherwise, it would be against BT specs to not verify the data before  
sending it to other peers.
