One possibility might be that the files downloaded change their mtime
after rtorrent reads and stores it in the new session torrent. Or the
session torrent might for some reason not have updated properly.
Could you use a bencode decoding program of some sort (should exist
somewhere, but don't have time to search), and compare the mtime of the
session torrents and the real files.
