[Libtorrent-devel] feature suggestion - list of ports to avoid, or allowing separate ranges for port_range

I've noticed a few trackers returning

"port blacklisted"

and refusing to accept the files I'm trying to seed.

the main one is port 6881 but a couple of weeks ago I noticed another
one, but wasn't paying attention at the time.

so either adding a new variable

ports_to_avoid = 6881, 7999, xxxx


OR let port_range take multiple values,  like this

port_range = 6000-6880,6882-7000
