[Libtorrent-devel] possible to set output formats like in mutt?

I have not been able to find this type of command / variable in rtorrent

mutt has a couple of different formats,  that basically look like
printf formats.   The main ones are

pager_format
index_format


and others like

alias_format
attach_format
compose_format
...


Or is this something that's left up to frontend authors, using xml_rpc?
