Looks like a broken xmlrpc-c library, or a version incompatible with  
the command line tool. If other xmlrpc tools don't get correct values  
either, I'd recompile or reinstall the xmlrpc-c library and make sure  
there are no old versions of it floating around elsewhere on your  
system.
