I had zero or near zero rrqm/s on vendor kernel. With custom kernel I 
get around 1.5k rrqm/s at each drive (that's when uploading 100mbit, 
maximum for my connection), and disk utilisation is around 60% (though 
it's 3 disks striped in software raid0).
