[Libtorrent-devel] Configuring http_proxy, proxy_address, and i2p. Is this possible?

While trying to setup rtorrent to use i2p I encountered http_proxy
and proxy_address in the config options. What is the difference between
these options and when is each proxy used? http_proxy is covered in the
man page and I assume it's for tracker communication. proxy_address is
not listed. What kind of proxy should be the target of proxy_address?

In case someone is familiar with i2p, is it even possible or
advisable to use rtorrent on i2p?
