[Libtorrent-devel] Configuring http_proxy, proxy_address, and i2p. Is this possible?

The http_proxy is used for tracker announces (except UDP trackers)  
and URL downloading of .torrent files. The proxy_address is also an  
HTTP proxy and used for tunneling outgoing peer connections using the  
CONNECT method.
