[Libtorrent-devel] place to post bounties?

Hi,

I didn't see rtorrent on bounty source , or anything similar so I thought I
would ask here. Is there a place to post bounties?

Per watch directory seeding ratio setting is worth about $50 CAD to me...
(yes, I know you can kind of accomplish this now by running multiple
rtorrent sessions, but that's not ideal. Also, if anyone is interested in
collecting this let me know, we can discuss terms).
While we're on the subject, upnp support is worth about $50 CAD to me as
well...
