[Libtorrent-devel] Throttle on low disk space

Hi All,

I want to setup a schedule to throttle rtorrent when  the disk space 
gets low then remove the throttle when the disk space is above Xgig..

I have scripts which check the disk space and send me an email so i can 
do a cleanup. I just don't want the torrents to stop downloading and 
continue seeding what they do have therefor i want to limit the download 
rate which will give me enough time to do a cleanup.

I know i can do it this via xmlrpc but i wanted to see if its possible 
via a schedule..
