[Libtorrent-devel] Hacking rtorrent GUI, where to start?

Hi all,

I've got a number of improvements I'd like to implement in to the 
rtorrent GUI.  Mainly because I use rtorrent a lot but also to teach me 
how to use ncurses better.

Looking at the rtorrent source code for the first time I am a little 
overwhelmed.  Could somebody provide me with some pointers to where I 
should start looking for the GUI stuff and maybe an overview of how the 
system works?  I notice that there is a lot of XML-RPC stuff in there, 
do I need to know how this works when modifying the default rtorrent GUI?
